At CARING FOR ORPHANS AND THE NEEDY (CFOAN), we invite you to join our FREE community wellbeing initiative—Roots to Wellness—designed to help you stay active, connect with others, and boost your mental health.

Free Outdoor Exercise Sessions

📍 Location: Charmary House Park & Podium, Hackbridge (SM6 7FL)
📅 When: Every Saturday & Sunday
⏰ Time: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM (Start your weekend energized!)
